you know how freaking hard it is to choose between Belonging and a crossover by one of my best friends? Seriously freaking hard. I don't think I'll vote because I actually can't choose.

I actually find Jack's little freak-out quite believable. He is human after all, regardless of immortality. I think some writers tend to forget that when they write him. I mean, he's lived for ages, he's bound to have abandonment issues. In fact he's lucky he's still sane.

Fics always paint Jack to be a tough guy but he clearly has feelings and insecurities too, right? Why shouldn't he be shown to freak out once in a while?! That's why I like writing angst :)
