'Belonging' won Best Doctor Who WIP at the Children of Time Awards!
Yeeeee-haaaaaah! *Does the Dance of Happy* I'm stunned! All those amazing, popular fics that were nominated, and mine won!
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who voted for me. I'm completely thrilled!
Some of my works were runners-up in the dwtwslashawards last year, but I've never actually won an award for my fan fiction before. And I don't think I'm wrong in saying that the Children of Time Archive/Awards is a pretty big deal in DW/TW fanfic circles, which makes it an even greater honour.
It makes me feel as though my writing is actually worth something now, and not a complete waste of time after all! And that makes me happy, proud and more than a little bouncy.
I'll post my award graphic when I get it. Whee!
