My Spaceaholic
Hello my name is Emily. I am a MySpaceaholic.
Seriously, this afternoon I was going to work on writing units for my course I'll be teaching this fall and I ended up working the whole afternoon on updating my My Space. I moved some things off my page, changed the color, found a WICKED video to put on there.
Anyway, summer is going well, I am excited to be done teaching Summer School SOON (7 days done, only 8 days to go...). I have also been working like a mad woman (except today) on writng from my Oral Interp class. I am so excited but nervous all at the same time for how people will react to the class.
Summer is great, although I have found myself sitting at home a lot lately. Well partly because I have this big wrap on my leg that makes it impossible to really wear shoes or pants. It is for my lymphedema therapy. Soon I'll have wonderful compression stockings that I have to wear everyday, but they aren't too bad. They are tan and open toed so I still wear sandals and all. But I'm ready to get this crappy bandage off my leg.
Another great thing is having Kori as a roommate. We had a party last Friday to celebrate her moving in and it was great! I just loving having a roomie that I am such good friends with...and it is funny when we start talking on MSN across the apartment. We are dorks.
Well now I should stop wasting my time blogging on My Space and actually get something done before Jenn comes over.
