Some things happening
1) All of the madness over here at LJ when the most recent changes started prompted me to start a couple of things myself. First, I decided to transfer all of my fics over to A03. So far I've just got some Angel, NCIS, and crossover fics from 2004 and 2005 up :p but my goal is to have everything archived by the summer. Assuming SOPA and PIPA (which I don't really keep up with as the concept makes me said ;p) don't make the whole process futile, I'd like to have everything in one, set, relatively timeless place.
This is also, of course, assuming that anybody will care to read a collection of mostly extremely short or eternally incomplete fics primarily written for fandoms that are no longer all that active :p If nothing else, I tell myself that it will do me good to review my past work and get a little insight into my growth or lack thereof as a writer!
2) I opened a Dreamwidth account.
Changing my layout has made it possible for me to continue using LJ so I'm not leaving :) but I like the idea of starting fresh so I'm keeping and developing the dreamwidth account I opened up when it looked like my time with LJ was at a close. If you have a dreamwidth account, too, and we're friends here, let me know so I can look you up :)
3) TV has broken my heart.
I made a wordy post over at DW about it, so I won't go into it so much over here, but this was a good (but also painful) week in television. If you want to talk at me about Criminal Minds, White Collar, or Chuck (OMGOMGOMGCHUCK!) :p Please do.
