lately (the last month or two?) i've found myself sitting around and feeling kinda lost often. like, i don't have anything i actually want to do with my time. this state is pretty much the opposite of how it should be. obviously.

so today was my special day to enrol to study at the uni here. i got there and was pretty confused about where i was supposed to go, even though i knew which building it was and went straight there. after figuring it out, the whole process took about an hour and a half, 20 minutes of which (estimate) was taken up by things related to enrolment. the ( Read more... )

firstly, i've been working on schnolgo today and yesterday. i've had this idea for the like 6th rewrite of this nameless numberhead song that i'm just never getting right compositionally, and it involved some stuff that i didn't want to hassle with playing by hand after my nightmare with that other song, so i've decided to program it in schnolgo. so after being told i'd hear whether i was accepted in january, i got an email today from the uni telling me that i'm in. that was much quicker than i thought. all i've gotta do is hand over a copy of my certificate from 313 and tuition and i'm all set. helk city.
