Events That Put Me Into A Funk
1. Sigh. So have you watched Project Runway 3?
I'm so disappointed with Michael's collection. I guess that is where my sadness seems to root. Not even because of my belligerent dislike for Jeffrey. I thought his collection was *grumble* very good, save for a few pieces (JACKASS). But if it were up to me, Uli should've won because damn! As Kayne said, it was "Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous!" Sigh. Oh, Michael, I had such high hopes for you. But I guess, he works better with direction, that's why he's been exceling in the past challenges because there was a limit, a problem, he could work on from.
Laura's collection isn't so bad either. It's an evening wear collection. Aside from the gown which had a feathery capelet, I say that her collection was pretty good and expensive-looking. The detailing was exquisite. Michael's misguided street safari theme, however, just didn't ring out as strong as I could've hoped for. Like Michael Kors, I think that his strength lies on sportswear -- like Lacoste, for example. Sadness.
I was pretty impressed with Uli's collection. I'm not even a fan of hers, but I thought she brought it at Bryant Park. I would wear 70% of the outfits that came out on the runway. Even the un-printy ones were superb and the colors were cohesive and exciting. Oh well, I guess she's not "fashion forward" and "edgy." BLAH. Every fashion designer should just imitate Jeffrey and design for those wild biatches out there like Gwen Stefani and Britney Spears.

2. Elyse's blog is now on permanent hiatus. Really, people. I'm not kidding when I say that I'm extremely saddened by this. I will miss her funny and witty posts. WAAAAAAH! I'm mourning. =(
3. Oh, One Tree Hill, the bane of my TV viewing pleasure. Heh. I am beginning to not care for Nathan. Why is he buying into Rachel's crap?! WTF is up with the direction with Daneel Harris and James? I didn't mind Rachel so much last season but because she has decided to be creepily obssessed with Nathan this season, she ranks high up in my hate-o-meter nowadays. She has no remorse for the harm that she has brought upon Nathan, Haley, Cooper, etc. and now, she has decided to set her sights on Nathan on a whim? Smells like lazy writing to me.
I'm sorry to say, but I've about had it with DH's whiny, mousy, un-sexy voice and come-ons. And her horrible acting. I think that the Maxim storyline is stupid, I think that Nathan's emo storyline is stupid (no one died!!!!! Wake. UP!), and the stalker storyline is stupid. I fervently wished that creepy stalker boy Derek should've chosen Rachel as his object of obssession.
Derek is stupid. How can he expect Peyton to hook up with him when she thinks he's her brother? And I think having the "dark angel Peyton" tatooed on your back is dumb -- yeah, you're really going to get laid with that ginormous CREEPO tat on your back. I guess he's out to kill -- yeah, while you're on it, please kill Rachel too. If they want to have this stupid stalker storyline, then go over the top and kill someone! Argh, I'm so annoyed!
