Detailing the exploits of the final (friends in tow) Grindhouse experience

The last time I saw Grindhouse...
I saw this movie four times and the last time was the best time I could possibly have.
As most of you all should know I've been in a really shitty, soul-sucking mood as of late and this, along with yesterdays Poor Boys hang-out, have taken me out of the swirling cesspool of bad funk I've been in. Good friends that I can have honest fun with are all I need and I hope I don't forget that anytime soon.
Grindhouse is truly something you had to see in theaters with good people. I pity the people who've yet to see it...and, sadly, odds are you won't see it if you live in Derry because tonight was the last showing...period. It was like a proper sendoff of the movie for me to see it with Alex, Meghann, Michelle, and Tovah. They all exceeded my humble expectations and enjoyed the hell out of it...which should reflect upon the missed opportunity everyone had.
You'll have to wait for the dvd to see it now and that takes out just about half the fun. Once in a lifetime experience and you (and by that I mean the mass audience) missed it.
Thank you Grindhouse for giving me the best time I've ever had in theatres and, most of all, thanks goes to my friends for making the final trek to see it. You're really cool people and I mean that most sincerely.
P.S. Yes I am restarting my Livejournal but it's only going to be my Myspace blog transferred in Livejournal form...weird to have two classes of communication working as one.
