I had an advocate of ID sportingly admit that they had lost the argument to me last night. Not so the fox hunting supporter.

germanbishounen has been hosting a debate on whether the accusations made in a New scientist article were justified. The debate has become quite heated. Due to what I assume is an oversight I am not currently able to post my latest response to the thread. I am therefore posting it here.

This article from the BBC describes how a mother plans to have stem cells from her baby's umbilical cord removed during the birth and cryogenically frozen. The procedure does not harm the baby, puts it at less risk than a caesarian and is for the child's own benefit.

This mostly looks like it won't be happening as there aren't too many Edinburgh based events from now on. I went on the march on Saturday which was very mellow but a little short.
