Yoga:
Went to Yoga with Ktig last night & I pushed myself hard and got really sore - felt good to get a workout in though.

The teacher is great because she offers levels to each pose & I got to practice my inversion poses: Crow, Dolphin & reverse headstand, pushing 3-leg dog over to a back arch, and I even learned a new pose!


I learned scorpion! It's neat looking, it's a dolphin pose with the legs bent over. Hm I wonder if I can find an image of it on the internet. *grin*

Ah, found a couple -they're on the left. it's a neat pose.

Clothes:
I cleaned out my wardrobe this morning - I'm only hanging up things I still like and fit. :D
