Hmm, I wish I had some advice, but I know absolutely nothing about framing things. I think it sounds like you might have to get a new frame, though; if the one you have is bowed, I really don't know if there's anything you can do about that. Sorry!

That's what I was afraid of.:( My grandma is upset about it, she says many people that visited my great-grandmother wanted to buy that frame for a lot of money. She saved it for me all these years.

I would see someone who restores antiques to deal with the frame issue.

It's made of wood. That is a good suggestion, thanks! I will have to do some reason of someone in the area who could help me.
