In the future, would it be possible to be given a due date on a project that consists of neither of the phrases "end of day" or "ASAP" nor the word "tomorrow"?
Particularly when the project has not been mentioned before, and when it requires integrating Microsoft's not-quite-yet-released compiler with a system written 15-20 years ago?

A Rare Occurrence
I'd like to think I'm fairly well-read, and I follow scientific literature when I can (though admittedly, much of this is through second-hand filters).
