FOUND MY PASSPORT. OHHHHH YEAH! \o/
Hoo! I knew it was in my room somewhere, so I wasn't quite freaking out, but once I found it, I felt pretty damn relieved.
School started for me this week. When it hasn't been rainy or icky, the weather's been pleasant. It's been wonderful seeing all the sakura. Since I live right next to a river, I get to pass a bunch of them whenever I cross the bridge to get to my bus stop. Too bad it's been raining the past few days -- I want to go to the botanical garden that's close by, but at this rate, the sakura will be gone by the time it clears up. :*(
As far as my classes go, my teachers seem all right. Kind of going >:( 'cause they sold out of the book my class is using, so I have to order one, which could take take anywhere between 1 to 2 weeks to arrive. SIIGH.
My fellow classmates seem nice. The class size is almost twice as big compared to last semester (we went from 5 people to nine, hahah), and there seem to be a lot more Americans this time around too. Also, also, we had to do this self-introduction activity and I got paired with a boy from the Philippines. I told him I liked playing video games, and he was all, "Ooh, like what?" And I was like, "Star Ocean 2!" and he was like, "sjdfklsdjflsdkfjl I LOVE THAT GAME OMGGGGG." And then we spent a good portion of the activity babbling about SO2 and our teacher was kind of like, "...what xD;;"
BUT YES. GOOD TEIMS.
Anyway, good luck to everyone at
damned who sent in applications this round! \o/ (And congrats to
melting for getting hers in despite the odds.)
