Charlie&Claire picspam - Season 2
Season 2 was really angsty, wasn't it? I wanted to put in all the moments from the season, but some were just so hard to do because they were so angsty. There's very little of them from this season, but still enjoyable.
Claire: What do you suppose all that's about?
Charlie: I reckon Jack's gonna do something heroic. ... What?
Claire: You always try to be funny when you don't want to answer a question.
Charlie: "Try" to be funny?
Claire: ... What's this? [pulls out a Virgin Mary statue]
Charlie: Oh. I found it in the jungle.
Claire: You found it?
Charlie: Yeah. Be careful. Be careful with it. Here. Hey, take Aaron.
Claire: Come here. Here you go.
Charlie: You gotta be careful with it, you know? It's the Virgin Mary. She's holy.
Claire: Didn't realize you were so religious.
Charlie: I'm not. It's just ... you know, it might come in handy. Be a nice thing to have around.
2x02 - Adrift
Charlie: How can he be sleeping?
Claire: Well, it's been a long night, Charlie. For all of us. Who know what they've been through.
Charlie: I'll tell you who doesn't. Me. ... Here, I'll watch him. Yeah. It's okay, Claire. You go for a walk. You just have a little you time.
Claire: ... Okay, but I won't be long.
Charlie: Yeah, you can be as long as you want. I've got him. He'll be alright. Turnip-Head and me are gonna go give a little 'ol wakey-wakey to Mr. Locke.
Claire: Oh, let him sleep. He deserves it.
Charlie: What about what we deserve? Like some answers about what the bloody hell's going on in that hatch ting.
Claire: Well, why don't you ask Jack?
Charlie: Because I can't find Jack. Or Kate. Or Sayid or Hurley, for that matter. They've all gone out.
Claire: Well, uh, Hurley's right over there, so ...

Claire: Don't play stupid, Charlie.

Claire: [pulls out heorin bags] What's this? Because this was in your little statue. And, unless I'm mistaken, I seem to remember you saying you were a drug addict?
Charlie: ... I didn't know. Look, if it was sealed up inside a statue, how would I know? ... Claire? I'm not using. Look. [tears open the bags] Believe me now? I don't ... care.
Claire: Someone's waiting for you.
Charlie: Claire?
Claire: You lied to me, Charlie.

Claire: Look, I can't have you around my baby, okay?

Charlie: I made Aaron some nappies this morning. I'll just put those there.
Claire: ... Thanks.

Charlie: I don't know what we need vaccine for, but I figured if anyone should have it, you and the baby should. It's all right. It's a pneumatic injector. You just, uh, you put it into your leg, and ... it goes right in. Quite painless, really.
Claire: You seem to know a lot about it.
Charlie: I tried it. ... I wanted to make sure it was safe before giving it to you and the baby.
Claire: Well, how do you feel? I mean, did it do anything? What did it do?

Claire: What happened out there, Charlie?
Charlie: You want to hear the part about me nearly being killed by the flaming fire ball or the flying fork?
Claire: I want you to be serious.
Charlie: Nothing happened.
Claire: Well, something happened. I mean, that noise, and the sky turned that weird violet color.
Charlie: Did it?
Claire: ... ... [looks at his arm] Ooh.
Charlie: Ow, ow.
[Claire holds his hand, slowly strokes his hair and kisses him.]
