Click to viewI mostly went with this one for the title only. VIXX usually do darker concept videos and you can tell that this is something way outta their usual comfort zone because Ravi is the best dressed one in that video and that IS NEVER A GOOD SIGN BECAUSE HE USUALLY LOOKS LIKE THIS in their MVs. I am not a fan of that song (although I love "G.R.8.U" a lot) they have better ones that aren't boring "dancing around in sparkly boxes" MVs but eh, it was either this or Super Junior's Superman and ... see below
5. Western/Cowboys
Super Junior - Mamacita
This was a no-brainer. It does not get more Western than this and the song is going to get stuck in your head for AN ETERTNITY. I adore drama MVs, especially the ones where everything is absolutely over the top and full of useless props and Kyuyhun's lines (second guy singing, the gambler) are simply perfect as is the entire refrain. AYAYAYAYAYAYYYYYYYYYYAAAAAAAAA.
6. 1920s/Mafia
B.A.P - Excuse Me
This one was really really hard. I have like a dozen tracks where a group pretends to be mafiosi or gangsters or just losers who steal stuff, but 1920ies was rather impossible.
Sooo I went for "heist, bowler hat, another flashy hat, nondescriptive locations and Yongguk not knowing what a shirt is".
Maybe I will re-do this one when I find a better example, but so far let's just take the skull as a metaphor for the mafia. :D
