Yesterday was spent entirely on the sofa. I am still sick, suffering from headaches that start as soon as I move around so I had a lot of time to kill which I did by watching some new shows that I had successfully avoided until then.

Skip straight ahead to episodes nine and ten. That's the ones in which Selina is living at Wayne manor for witness protection shenanigans and she and Bruce have food fights and hugs and kisses. And then people show up to kidnap the children and Alfred goes into full papa wolf mode. ♥

Yup, I mean they try to characterise Falcone and I guess Fish is entertainingly sassy, but I can't bring myself to give single fuck about them as people. The gangster storyline is tedious to sit through and best enjoyed with a fast forward button.

Gordon's partner is actually on of the few people to develop a full character on this show. I didn't expect it, but I almost care about him.

Naah, the pirates in this movie are mostly useless. As are the bandits. Everybody is entirely useless (especially the male protagonist like... fucking Christ. They are robbing the pirates when they are stocking up on weapons in some kind of village and then they go "Let's go to the ocean!!" and wander through the mountains for like four days... ALTHOUGH THE VILLAGE THEY STARTED FROM WAS RIGHT BY THE OCEAN?!??!?!?!? WHAT THE FUCK???? Oh, and they of course don't have a ship. Or any idea what to do with a ship when they finally acquire one.

Now this sounds more like my kind of movie. XD thanks. *g*

Ten bucks on Gordon having to deal with this and his train of thought goes something like "Oh God, do I know anyone who can take care of childre-AAAAALFREEEED MY DEAREST FRIEND!!" ? xDDDD But thanks for the heads-up, I will check those episodes out!

Now this sounds more like my kind of movie. XD thanks. *g*
I think you might also enjoy the relationship between So-ma and Yeo-wol - it reminded me of Peter Starlord Quill and his pirate stepdad (although Yeo-wol and So-ma interact even less than those two but their last scenes are great! xD). And the scene with the pirate explaining to the landlubbers how big a whale really is looks like something straight out of an O'Brian novel. xDDDD

That is almost literally how that episode goes down. XD Alfred is soooo annoyed at Gordon, and soon as the kidnappers show up he's blaming it all on him. ^^

I just started episode 9.

JAJAJAJAJAJA! An Bluteinreiben erinnere ich mich gar nicht, weil ich nach anscheuen jeder Episode alles verdränge was nicht Alfred, Bruce oder Selina ist. Aber OMG die zwei und ihre awkward Beziehung. ♥ Und Bruce weiß doch gar nicht was ein Mädchen ist! awww.

Hab grad rausgefunden, dass die Einreibeheinis erst in Folge 10 vorkommen (falsch betitelt, auf keine illegalen Websites kann man sich verlassen!!!) und oh GAWD die actual Folge 9 mit dem Boxtraining ist so supersüß und adorable und ich hab das Gefühl, dass sogar die Fälle interessanter werden? Oder aber ich bin zu geblendet von der Zuckrigkeit that is Bruce desperately trying to bond with Selina over parents and breakfast. xDDD

UND OH GOTT BRUCE Q___Q "If you wanna go somewhere, we can call you a taxi? ó.ò"

And I just found out, that episode 8 is the one with the bully in Bruce's school? Yeah okay, fast forwarding to those scenes. xD Why is Bruce so ADORABLE WHY ISN'T THE WHOLE SHOW ABOUT HIM AND ALFRED.

And oh my God, Bullock and Gordon are actually bonding? Aka Bullock is for whatever reasons really into Gordon? OMG AWWW Q___Q If Gordon wasn't so... I don't know.

I like Oswald's mom though - she seems to be the only one who really embraces the craziness and not just because her role wants her to xD

(You wanna know who I also really dislike? Liza. I don't even know why. MAYBE BECAUSE THIS WHOLE SHOW IS SO HAM HANDED IN THEIR PORTRAYAL OF EVERYTHING WITHOUT BEING FUNNY XD)

Edit: I take everything back, this was probably the best episode so far, there was a ninja with dreads and a katana trying to kill Gordon in Battle Royale: The Office (is this supposed to be a metaphor for capitalism). I loved... this episode??? WHAT. HOW DID THAT HAPPEN.

YOU MUST WATCH THE BULLY SCENES! AND THE AFTERMATH!

WHY ISN'T THE WHOLE SHOW ABOUT HIM AND ALFRED.

I cry about this every week. ;__; So much wasted potential.

Yes, Bullock has actually a character and personality and everything and I started liking him in the end! It just took the show ages to establish that because Gordon's blandness covers everything. For Bullock episodes you would have to check out are episode 6 (in which we learn that Bullock was once happy and idealistic) and uuuh, ... one of the more recent ones, I think it's #14, in which he falls in love with a psychotherapist who gets kidnapped. It was cute. And in between it is revealed that he actually cares about Gordon a bit and attempts to protect him from his own bland idiocy.

War er! Und Alfred ist halb dabei sie zu ermahnen, aber dann sieht er wie Bruce sich freut und awww... (Und Bruces Schauspieler queitscht wie ein Mädchen. XD)
