I feel pretty amazing right now.
First: my Japanese class is... great actually. One of my best pals here from Uni is in that class too and since he's pretty good at Japanese I can rely on him to explain to me the more complicated stuff. That helps me to loosen up a great deal and because I had to listen to/speak actual Japanese in Japan to Japanese people for over a week I'm much more confident so I actually talk in class. My grammar is still shit and I lack in the vocabulary department but at least no one has to pry my mouth open. That's a good feeling. Really really good. (I heard Stark Industry needed someoe in East Asia? Far East Avengers? xDD)
Second: I finally bought "Uncharted Among Thieves" the second part of the thrilling adventures of Nathan Drake (yes, the grandgrandrgrangrandgrand-son of that Drake, the one with the Sir and the ships) and ohhh I wanna play it right now but no university fucks up my plans. xD
Third: I get to hold a presentation on "feminism" in post colonial South-East-Asia (I still hate South-East-Asia like whoa) and I'm thrilled to do it, actually. No idea what awaits me but at least I know that I can get very passionate about this topic. And that always helps when I have to tackle the 15 pages of term paper this class requires (plus my bachelor thesis which I should really really start thinking very very hard about -..- and plus the other term paper (around 12 pages) for the art history class (but since the latter doesn't get graded I won't outdo myself with that...XD)
Fourth: Look at your calendar, now back at me. ONLY 22 more days TILL THE AVENGERS!!! *3* (Which also means only 22 more days to finish our costumes but pinku is a GODDESS when it comes to needlework so I am positive about that! Right, darling? XDDDDD) I'm so giddy and giggly and I get so excited every time someone so much as mentions the word "Amerika(nischer Unabhängigkeitswalkrieg xD)" and start talking like a motor mouth (today in Japanese class: my friend so much as glanced at my shopping list for some of the cosplay stuff and I couldn't stop talking for about ten minutes how he absolute has to see the Captain America movie and how the Avengers will be the best thing ever and how the comedy aspect of it is so much better than other super hero movies and please how come he has never seen Iron Man that movie is glorious you absolutely must see it!!!) Uhm yeah. Kudos for him for actually listening to me without shoving his fist into my face...XD
Fifth: My uncle (the one whose child will be my godson) visited us yesterday. He lives in East Germany so I was very thrilled and even cleaned the flat ;D He was very... curious but in a really good and empathic way about pinku's and my relationship and asked some question and then we started talking about his son and he practically beamed at me and talked about every little detail and oh it was just sooo sooo adorable and gosh I'm so happy to have young and hip and cool relatives like that.
TODAY IS A GOOD DAY!
