I've completed my second day of training, or more like 8 of 12 hours.
Cash handling is easy. Greating customers, they want you to stick close to the scrip, hard part there is asking open ended questions. The next hard part is 'product information'. There are over 90 different kinds of bulk candies, and I need to know as much about them as I can. And I need to learn the prices of prepackaged stuff. That's not too diffiuclt but will take time and repatition. The good part is we get to sample the candy... yumm. But after a four hour shift with only a short brake, I waw ready for a real meal. And my feet are complaining.
Going to have to have a talk with the feet, 4 hours are nothing compared to what they've done in the past or will be doing after the last training day...
Everything else if pretty much same-old-same-old. Hubby is working the kids are in school. I've gotten some writing done, and some drawing. I have a sewing project I want to do next week before I start working more.
Have a good week everyone.
