They come bigger?
Well they used to.
Yeah. This week on Discovery channel is Shark Week. It sort of sparked my interest but at first I wasn't even looking for what I've found and was tyring to find a track from Pirates of the Carribean called "the Kraken" on YouTube and another video off to the side said "Megalodon".
So, wondering what that was all about I clicked the video and this is what I found:

They've found fossils of this creature and put whole skeletons together and made predictions a guessed at how big it is on average at that size is the truth based on what they've found. Okay so maybe this Megalodon hasn't been around for millions of years but that's what they said about the Kraken and they've found giant squid!!

All I can say is I've been sufficiently freaked out. Thought I'd share my undeniable horror with you guys too. ^^
