Wake me up when September ends...
How is it September already? I feel like I just want to sleep away the whole month. I'm so tired. In between work, I'm planning this impossible wedding and taking this class. I didn't want to take the class but felt like I should. In the long run I'm sure it will turn out okay but its from 4-7:30 on Tuesday nights and just seems to throw me out of whack. It makes me feel like its later in the week than I thought so the rest of the week I keep thinking it's Friday when its nowhere close to Friday.
But this past weekend was fun but busy. Friday we had Megan, Dustin, Mere and Greg over to celebrate Megan's birthday. It was absolute craziness. I had gotten 2 dozen crabs, Mere and Greg brought beer, and Megan and Dustin brought some salad and corn. We had a typical Maryland crab feast but in doors because we don't really have a backyard...and there's no outside lights...which is just bizarre. But we ate and talked and watched Harold and Kumar. Then we got to cake. Angel food cake with strawberries, raspberries and whipped cream. Mere and Greg decided to try and have a war between the two of them, then it progressed and I got hit in the head...twice. So in retaliation I smacked him in the face with a large handful. :)
Anyway, I had more to write but I have to get back to work...I'll write more later, I hope.
