Jez Presents: A Very Dorky Linkspam
I tweeted about this just now, but I'm going to say it again because it bugs me. All week long there are things I want to say & cool things I hear & I'm all "I so need to blog about this on Tuesday!" And Tuesday comes and I'm like "Yes! Time to blog those things...wait. What were those things I was supposed to blog about?" Annnnd that happened again this week. I think it's because on Tuesday afternoons my mind is still all "italianitalianitalianitalian." I'm just a little worried about the exam (a week from Thursday, which is supposed to be my day off school). I'm good with writing & reading, and to an extent understanding italian, but I'm not so good speaking off the top of my head. It's hard for me to translate in my head when I try to talk. My other classes are all ending now too, and then exams, and then the next semester starts. I don't have a break until August. That's going to kill me. Also, I found out today that for Italian 111 in the summer it's only going to be myself & Lupe in the class. 2 students, that's it. Weird, huh?
So now I'm just going to start typing and see what comes out. Linkspam sounds good.
Y'know what's kind of sad? For my rap inspiration I've been listening to stuff like In the Heights (thanks to Gaby), John Reuben, & KJ-52 (Mountain Dew Anonymous!), and that's all fine & dandy, but I've also been listening to Tru Dog. But can you blame me? He's just so cute! (Uh Uh, shake it, don't break it, took your momma nine months to make it)
The Spider-Man Broadway show is going to be holding open auditions in Chicago.
Doll Makers (Cuz I'm a dork): Regency Dress Up Doll; eLouai Doll Makers (this site even has a Harry Potter version!); some korean dolls
Games That are Seriously Addicting: Scopa (an Italian card game where you gather as many cards as possible by taking the cards that add up to the one in your hand); Destruct-O-Match (heh. Neopets. Yeah.); Also Zoombinis, but I don't have a link for that one.
Um...yeaaahhhh...I promise to have a worth-while VIDEO next week for you girls. I hope. The pressure is on because it's Hilary's birthday!! ^^;
