It is SO. HOT.OUT.
I was outside a moment ago, putting a coat of paint on aw little wooden display thinger I discovered at the thrift store last night, as Mark and I were getting rid of a shitload of stuff because of our upcoming move. Anyways. I was outside for a whopping 15 minutes before it was just too much, I couldn't handle it, I had to come inside.
IT WAS NINE O'CLOCK IN THE MORNING.
I hate to think of what the rest of today is going to be like. I heard ugly rumors that it is to get to 40 degrees today (celsius, that is). That's a whopping 10 degrees over what I deem "hot".
Worst part is, I have a job interview today at 3:00 at a little tea place on the waterfront. I mean, that's not bad, but the point is that I have to walk about 10-15 minutes from the bus stop to the water front without getting my fancy-shmancy interview clothes all sweaty and disgusting. (Not that I have any idea what I'm going to wear - that would require way too much forethought.)
I have a bunch of family coming from here there and everywhere this weekend. Well, they're staying with my dad, but we're going to be, too.
