(no subject)
I've had another big day today.
Mark and I were wandering around the pet store ('cuz we're cool like that). I was walking past the rodent section, and I saw a sign on one of the cages: "Free to a good home. Cosmetic problem only - not life threatening!" I looked in to see a little dwarf hamster. He looked fine to me, but then, I don't know how hamsters are supposed to look. We grabbed a cage, and the little guy (or girl - we're not sure) came home with us.
Then we finally took home our new cat, Cheeseburger, who we adopted from Andrea's neighbour, who is moving. Cheeseburger is currently in the spare room chill'n. I read and read about introducing cats to each other, but so far, both have had a good sniff of each other via my clothes, and neither has had any reaction at all.
