I would say, do not jump on the plane the day after you graduate, but indeed take some proper time to finish your packing and saying goodbye to friends and family. When I moved to the States, I had planned 2 weeks to do all that, but unfortunately something came in between (the accident of my fosterparents, 3,5 weeks before my departure) and in the end I had to rushrush to get things done and hardly got to say goodbye to no one except for my closests family (parents, sis, granny, louise..). And this was not a fun way to leave, I missed saying goodbye!:) So yeah, that I could suggest, to take proper time to do so. Also, begin packing way at forehand and try to get it all done a few days before you leave. You might not succeed ;) but if you do at least you can leave relaxed and all hehehe. That never works for me though ;)

I have no idea how it works, do we have student visa as well? :) Well, with you and Rick signing the partnerthingie you shouldn't have to much problems with your visa I think. *keeps fingers crossed*
Don't feel guilty about last summer. It is a shame we did not get to meet up but well new year new summer new chances right? :) Feel free to pop me an e-mail with your contact details, and I'll reply with mine! Though I think you should already/still have them from last summer? Unless they got lost, which offcourse also is very possible.
