I got a digital camera for my birthday.
Alton Brown's "The Chewy." They came out perfectly, and I plan on veganizing them for next time!
I always arrange my cookies into the cookie jar neatly.
I made them to bring to work for Juan.
One saturday we went to the Hispanic American Festival and ate delicious arepas and the best tres leches ever.
Audrey and Mickey had a wedding shower.
About two weeks ago I became a vegetarian who is also cutting back on dairy products, especially on what I cook at home. So yesterday I made the Chipotle, Corn and Black Bean Stew from Vegan With A Vengeance. The weather has been so beautiful here and it's a little chilly so I thought soup would be perfect, and I actually got to open the window.
A few of the ingredients:
fresh corn
lots of cilantro
crushed tomatoes
double the garlic that the recipe asked for
I didn't have any pictures of the apartment, nor my comically small kitchen. This was taken from the kitchen doorway into the living room.
Put it all together...
