Been missing aikido over the past month, but I have been going to some kickboxing classes with pyr8queen. Lots of fun.
Last weekend I attended a camping game with the DK crowd. thelastmehina has taken on additional responsibilities in running the game, and I was helping with check-in, too. Lovely weather, not too hot.
The L5R game has taken off and is running regularly. Just recently did a big reveal for the bad guy. At this pace the game should wrap up in September.
Also, played in a game of Orpheus, run by the inestimable Sheldon. I really admire his GM'ing ability. It was a ton of fun.
Just completed all of the additional content of Final Fantasy XIII-2 (except Gilgamesh. Can't beat that lunatic). Now on to Tales of Graces! Although my friend Adam gave me another, very strange game called Asura's Wrath, so I might spend some time on that one, too.
Going to experiment with a carbohydrate-restriction diet and see if I lose some weight.
