(no subject)
Today was spent jumping through hoops to get injections. Bookede my doctors appointment in the morning thinking it'd be nice and easy to do - get what vaccinations I need. Though of course he didn't have them there, had to get a prescription to get them from a chemist, but of course they weren't covered by whatever health thing it is that makes drugs cheap and apparently all chemists sell them at different rates, so I had to go home to ring around. Then I had to drive all the way over to Acacia ridge to save $30 (still cost over $100 and this is only 2 of the 5 vaccinations I need) and then back to the doctors - so pretty much the whole day was spent waiting for doctors with full waiting rooms and pharmacists who misplaced my order (which I actually rang ahead to have put aside for me), plus driving all around the place and so forth.
On a slight positive note I'm actually quite high at the moment, not sure what it is but either the typhoid or hep A&B (or a combo of both) has me feeling a little like I'm on speed...well at least what I imagine being on speed feels like (as I've never tried it)
Maybe I should go to a rave or something - hah!
