dancing, cleaning...singing?
First off....I'm EXHAUSTED. I've been house-sitting for my friend all week. Yesterday was super busy for me. I washed and dried clothes all day, washed the floors, dusted, etc.
Saturday night we went to Diesel in Providence (used to be the Strand). I liked the decor. It was snazzy...and much more open and less congested than the Complex. The music was not that great though. I mean, I like a mix, but it was hip-hop then 80s rock, then pop...so it was kinda bleh. Wally really didn't like the club at all and said he's all set with it. Ah well. The worst part was parking, but he was lucky enough to find a space fairly close after driving around for a half hour. geez!
Yesterday was the last part of my postponed b-day suprise. Wally took me to the movies and even bought me popcorn and a drink :) We saw Ring 2. It wasn't a great movie...kind of a continuation of The Ring. Definite renter.
Monica just called me. She wants me to sing at her wedding. That definitely threw me. I haven't done something like that since the last "Music of Christmas" concert. I am gonna have to think about that one.
