Saturday Feb 4:
Little Tokyo shopping trip with JAC. I only bought a box of curry at the market and a bowl of ramen for lunch, but it was fun.
Saturday Feb 11:
My mommy's b-day!! That was a goood cake. I think the day went well :) We got together healthy foods that my mom should eat for her blood pressure and health in general, along with some chocolate, a plushie, and a card, which we wrote (traditional) Chinese characters in for her to read. We also called Connie for her to talk to her from Singapore. Good times.
Saturday Feb 18:
Went home again to hang out with Floyd and Jen!! It was to celebrate Floyd's birthday (which was on the 4th, but we didn't get to see each other until the 3-day weekend). We treated him to Black Angus for lunch (since he likes steak), and then we ran around a mini-garden on the rooftop of some place in Little Tokyo taking pictures. Then we shared a box of mochi ice cream, walked around some shops, and went home. It was sooo much fun. :)
This Saturday:
I'll be here at school doing laundry and watching cartoons. (Along with some studying, but I don't like to mention that stuff too much b/c they bring me down @_@).
hmmm... so Friday of two weeks ago I was shopping around for my mom, last Friday I went shopping for Floyd (and, by the way, got soaked by the rain!), and this friday/today I should do some more birthday shopping b/c there's even more coming up, but I don't know if I'll do it just yet. I'm a bit tired.
Last thing I want to get to get in here for memories sake, on Wednesday I went to a TV-show taping of the show Freddie as a fund raiser for VnLC because they needed a 10th person to go. The show was alright and we got Thai food afterwards. Oh, and someone that went (I didn't catch his name) did some palm reading for the group and when he checked mine, he took a look at the love-line and didn't have the heart to tell me what it meant. What's up with that?? I used to believe in this palm reading stuff, but if it's going to tell me I'm doomed, then forget it! Meh, whatever. Well, I was quite bothered by this for some time, but now I'm thinking even if it were true, it's not that bad. All I want is a nice peaceful life with good food :)
happy,
ucla,
weekend
