camp nanowrimo! and general life update
in case you didn't see my tumblr post about it,i'm doing camp nanowrimo this month
nanowrimo is national novel writing month and usually happens in november, but camp nanowrimo operates in july, aka this month
and since most of july is still uni holidays, i thought i'd try the challenge. i'm writing my kaistal model au, recently renamed to it's only the real world and, six days in, i'm somehow ahead of schedule by a few hundred words @__________@ i don't know if i'll be able to keep it up though.... i'm starting to get writers block orz
before i started camp nanowrimo, i had almost 5k for this fic and right now i have 6k written /sobs/ the aim for the month is 30k, and if the fic doesn't need that much, then i'll work on another WIP orz ((I haven't counted lately, but last time I checked I had 48 WIPs and that was a few months ago :| ))
in real life, i'm overseas, but i'm heading home soon. i had loads of fun in Korea, and will post about it once I'm home~
and minorly worried about my sanity for this trimester because HARD SUBJECTS AND MORE CONTACT HOURS AND HOW TO SURVIVE UNI
i also still only have a few friends at uni, and they're good friends, but even my mum is like 'you should make some more friends' ((and when your mum tells you that, you know you're a bit of a loner)) so, i need to work on my social skills OTL
oh and uhmm, i'm conflicted in terms of feelings for someone @__________________@ WHAT TO DO /flails around/
reminding again because people clearly don't read these but please don't add me as a friend on LJ if I don't know you personally aka we haven't talked before.
I know that there are multiple reasons for people to do so, but I feel really uncomfortable knowing that some people read some of the more personal posts I have here on LJ that i post for the people I do know. If I knew how to set up those things where only selected people can see it, I would, but I'm still in the process of figuring it out. so please, please don't add me unless I know you
