I took a swan dive off the stairs in the basement yesterday.. er today?? it's was like 12.05 to I guess it was today.. the last step at the bottom in half the height as the rest of them.. Day 6 of this flare.. my back really hurts... I have finished the dusting & yet I still need to vacuum.. I'd rate my pain at a 5.5/10 today.. pushing a 6, which isn't good..
