Ok, it was a bit short notice (being arranged at 11 o'clock for 2.30) but today I had the viva for my project's literature review. In the end, I think it went well. Ok, so I've been to the local 'Job Centre Plus' (although quiet how it's 'plus' remains a mystery to me) and 'signed on' (as they say) but something I didn't realise was that I have to justify my continued receipt of money but showing them what I've done to find a job, every two weeks.
