Who: Nataku, Genkaku, Nagi, Johan, and Flemming.
Where: Liebert manor.
When: Dinnertime.
Summary: Jealousy and food do not go well together.
Rating: R for violence.
Other: Genkaku and Nataku are children.

Nataku wondered if it was possible - or correct - to say that this was normal. Normal sort of routine where he made dinner for the rest of the household. Natalia was no longer present in the manor to do this chore; to teach him other meals from her homeland that he could make for the others. Was this unfortunate? He was uncertain as he set the carefully prepared food (raviolis this time) on the dining cart to roll into the room. Brief glance at everyone that was present - noting those that were not. Looked to the chair that he supposed in his mind that he related to being Alucard's seat for a long while before looking away. No sign of her. No sign of Yoh. But he did not have to fight for Johan's attention. That was how it should be, and yet.

The plates were carefully set in front of each person, barely making any noise as they touched the table. When he came to Genkaku, however, he dropped the plate in front of him. Making it very obvious that if he was not asked to; he would not make any food for him. Soft narrowing of eyes at his surrogate brother before he finally took his seat which was fairly close to the monk. He was uncertain where this odd behavior had come from; other than Nataku had become aware that Johan spent so much time with Genkaku. This was natural because Genkaku was the Senator's bodyguard. But, but, he felt that he was now being ignored for the monk rather than for his surrogate sister and Johan's true son.

His gaze shifted slightly to the monk as he cut into his food quietly, obediently. Shifted his gaze to look up at Nagi, wondering why the ex-teacher had not tried to monopolize Genkaku's time so that Genkaku would not monopolize Johan's. Felt a little betrayed - was that possible - about this. Glared at him as well. "I hope you enjoy the meal." He finally spoke, words set mostly to his parental unit than anyone else.
