!snow!
IT SNOWED TODAY.
it was raining at east portal, and so i left my house in chacos and a raincoat and as i was driving up the canyon the rain got lighter and it was snow! and it was fluffy and piling up on the ground, i saw a blue grouse standing there looking confused.
more snow than i got all winter in tennessee (not hard to do) here on the 22nd of may and it's magical and i love it.
