Summary: Kurosaki Ichigo is the owner of a highly wanted organization/company that controls many big name companies. He gained this company from his mother, who had recently passed away, and his first title of trade is with the Vice-Chairman of Research in the company, Kurotsuchi Mayuri. The trade is for his daughter, Kurotsuchi Nemu, who is the same age of Ichigo. And who sais meetings were always easy?

Ichigo sat at his desk in his office, going through paperwork when a co-worker came in, a girl following him. Ichigo glanced up from his paperwork, smiling briefly at the man and his daughter before going back to his ppework. The man, Kurotsuchi Mayuri, stood before Ichigo with his daughter, Kurotsuchi Nemu. Nemu blushed at Ichigo's smile and looked down at the floor in embarressment. Mayuri stepped forward.
"Kurosaki-dono, this is my daughter Nemu. Nemu, introduce yourself!!"
"H-hai...!"
Nemu stepped forward, bowing her head to Ichigo.
"M-my name is Kurotsuchi Nemu! P-pleased to meet you!"
"..."
Ichigo put his paperwork away and looked up at Mayuri.
"Thank you Mayuri-sempai."
"Oh, it was my pleasure, Kurosaki-dono!"
"Thank you. That is all for now. Nemu-san, you stay."
"Hai!"
Mayuri left, leaving Ichigo and Nemu alone. Nemu fidgeted nervously, wondering what Ichigo would do to her. Ichigo sighed and caught nemu's attention quickly.
"Kurosaki-dono?"
"Ichigo."
"Huh?"
"Ichigo. Just call me Ichigo."
"Um...Ichigo...sama."
"...We're improving..."
"I'm sorry."
"What are you apologizing for, my new friend?"
"I'm really not good with conversations...I'm sorry for that."
Ichigo was silent, but he smiled ightly, got up from his chair and walked over to in front of Nemu. Nemu cringed, for she feared he would hit her, but Ichigo only patted her head lightly. It made her jolt and look up at Ichigo with wide eyes. Her eyes widened even more at the gentle, kind smile Ichigo was giving her.
"Ichigo-sama...?"
"It's okay!"
"What...?"
"It's okay to be afraid and nervous every once and a while. I won't reprimend you for it in any way...so...it's all right to show weakness around me! I won't judge you! If I can, I'd like to help you at those times, of course!"
"!!"
Nemu's face turned beet red at Ichigo's sincerity...her entire body flushed as she melted to the floor, hand against her rapidly beating heart.
'Wh-what is this feeling...?'
"! Hey, Nemu, are you okay?!"
Ichigo kneeled down, eyes filled with concern and worry.
"Are you hurt somewhere? Would you like me to call a doctor?"
"N-no, Ichigo-sama...I'm fine, but thank you for your consideration..."
"Are you sure?"
"I'm sure...I would not like to trouble you in any way...Please forgive my weakness right now..."
"It's all right! I already told you that it was okay! Now...about your job with me..."
