Monday Chest
Bench Press
60kg = 1 x 10
80 kg = 1 x 8
100 kg = 5 +4 Needed a spotter. Felt weak.
Tuesday Back
Deadlifts = Did not feel so good today. Still feel weak from the injury.
60kg = 4 x 10
Chest extensions 27kg = 3 x 10
Chin ups Bodyweight = 3 x 10
Wednesday Rest
Thursday Biceps/ Triceps/ Shoulders.
Friday
Treadmill 30 minutes level 7
Saturday = Legs
Squats 60kg = 4 x 12
Barbell Lunges 40kg = 4 x 10
Stargate - Universe

As I have discussed with a friend.
I hope some of the annoying ones get vented out of the airlock before they meet any alien race. They're liable to embarrass the rest of humanity.
Did they have to go for the Deus Ex Machina of the friendly alien to help them find the right sort of sand?
I would be happier if an Ascended being started helping them out with their predicament. Perhaps like Q in Star Trek, even Oma Desala or an Ascended Merlin. Giving them quests to help them, but non-interference would prevent sending them back home. They can only bend the rules by ensuring they live to explore another day.
Perhaps another way to assist in the evolution of the Tauri?
Another nit-pick is the communication stones. Why can't the SGC send another expert to help with the annoying Scot? If Daniel Jackson is not available, they could have found another expert like Jonas.
Have to point out that the only one who has not annoyed me is the Cook.

Just started watching it and agree that it is pretty much a cross between Desperate Housewives and Practical Magic.
I thought there would be more Charmed along the way, but seems to have not gone over the top with the monsters.
This is more drama of ordinary Witches.
I'm enjoying it and already want to replace Darryl Van Horne and be the lucky devil instead.
Flashforward.
Based on the book by Robert j Sawyer.
Haven't watched any of the episodes. Boring after the premier from what I gather.
Will most likely wait a few more episodes before I start watching for a weekend viewing.
Different from the book and hope the ending wasn't as annoying.
Dollhouse
Not focused so much on the "fun" of being a sex slave, without the guilty conscience, we now have the consequences.
Motherhood and tracking a serial killer were interesting episodes.
