Today's perfect thing is fabric-shaped. Maybe I'll find it, maybe I won't. I want to, but I also want to go back to bed. So not good.
Reason to love PETA again? The answer to that ultimately is no, but it is interesting that they're offering the award. Wonder when 'cultured meat' will start to hit the grocers' shelves...
And bamboo laptops should not be such a big deal, but they are pretty in their own way.

If this was so horrifying they had to descend in force and steal all those kids...why didn't they do it last year? Why didn't they do it ten years ago?? The FLDS folks were around then. Hells, they've been around a long, long time, so why did this take so long? And bet me, the 'sixteen year old' who made the initial complaint? Doesn't even exist. This just bugs the hell out of me.

I'm honestly not sure where to begin. Hemline on the skirt: awful. Skirt above psychotic psychedelic-flames print being sheer: also awful. Sleeveless bodice in an entirely separate print, paired for whatever ungodly reason with said bizarre skirt: is there another word other than 'awful' I can use? Repellent? Have I used that yet? And to top everything off with a shimmery cardigan...
Honestly? I think some coordinator pushed her backstage, and whatever she fell on, she had to wear.
It makes more sense to my brain than that the designer actually wanted to show off this specific terrible look.

Look, I don't want to be the voice in the cynical wilderness, here, I mean, there are worse outfits, but....I'm looking at the wandering hemline on this one, and I'm thinking...one false step, and she's wearing this as legwarmers.
This is not the best dress design, frankly.

Y'know, I was staring at this one, and thinking, maybe it's just me, I mean, it looks like really bad design, but it can't be what it looks like. There has to be more to it that I'm just...just...missing somehow, due to crankiness, or blurred vision, or something.
