That artist might be Eiko Shimamiya, or Shimamiya Eiko, because the song 'Automaton' sounds/looks a lot like her. So does Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni. (Which is also weird and odd and compelling and very disturbing.)

The last sentence made me wonder, however--"Clearly, you can use hemp in food," he said. "You might mix it into brownies. You aren't going to make bread out of it."
Really? Sunnyvale Bakery does. So does Biona. And I found a recipe for Hemp Protein Bread.
Guess they don't export to Israel...
