yea, i figure once im out of this god-forsaken house, it will be better. my roommates stress me out and make me uncomfortable. i agree with cooking though, it definitely helps me relax.

I just got it; haven't read the whole thing but it's been helpful so far.
I agree with you...modern medecine is fucked-up. I won't take any pills either!
Try exercising 5-6 times a week...apparently it's the #1 thing you can do, naturally, to help.
I need to take my own advice..blarg!
