Only 59%! A sad showing for me, but this is a mixed SF & F list, and I've never been as strong a fantasy fan as SF. On the other hand, you couldn't force me to read some of the ones I've missed on this list, e.g. the Xanth series or CS Lewis' Space trilogy. (I tried to read ( Read more... )

The guardian have published their list of the 1000 books you must read before you die. From their somewhat idiosyncratic F&SF list, bold the ones you've read, italicise the ones you intend to read one day, and strike the ones you wouldn't be caught dead reading.
