Welp, I'm all packed up, getting ready to go and catch the shuttle at the Union. The last several days have been pretty busy, but I'm caught up enough to go without worrying too much about about my schoolwork (provided that I bring lots of books and study materials with me). I've never really been to a funeral before. Well, wait, I went to the wake for Dr. Nash's wife back when I was relatively young. I remember it was just a lot of people standing around and then way in the back, an open casket with Mrs. Nash's face visible over the lip. I didn't know her very well, so it was just kinda neutral for me. It'll be nice to see my family again, although the circumstances are kinda crap. Rrgh! I AM a little upset about having to leave this weekend, though. There just seems to be a lot of stuff going on that I was intersted in checkin' out, like Stimulus (yeah, yeah, I'm underage... shuup, it STILL sounds like fun ^^) and anime-watchin' and stuff. Oh, well. Good luck to Ben with his lovely dancing endeavor!! It'll be fabulous.
SPEAKING of fabulous, everybody in the Bloomington area should check out the Vagina Monologues! The original monologues by the actors are great and, of course, I LOOOOOOVE getting to see "My Vagina Is Angry" (bwaha!), "Under the Burqa" (sobsob!), and "The Woman Who Loved To Make Vaginas Happy" (operatic moaning! YES! Woohoo! So funny!!). C'mon, Forest people, it's riiiiight across the street. ^_^ Willkie Auditorium, 8pm, doors open at 7:30, tickets are $7 for students and available at the door. All the proceeds go to Middleway House. Yay. ^_^ STOP VIOLENCE AGAINST VAGINAS! (oh, and check out
