So my church is having a float in the parade. On the 6th of February and the 13th.
And they want me to make wings for the children to wear, as the theme is Heaven. Now, quibbles about the appearance of Heaven's denizens aside, I've been given one week to make multiple pairs of these wings. They must be worn for over an hour on the 6th and then again on the 13th. It's not looking like rain, so a paper option could work as long as the kids were CAREFUL not to wreck them.

As you can see, they're huge, over 3 feet long.
DADGUMMIT when I said I could help build the float I meant I could HELP BUILD THE FLOAT, not do costume/propwork! I don't even know if they're expecting me to make the diaphanous things shown above or if paper would work...because if it's not a paper/cardboard thing you've got the wrong girl.
