I'm still with it! XD

Day 2: TuesdayWooooow. ;-; Today I took a picture of myself to see how fat I am. Haha. I have to say that my perceived self-image was way better than the real thing. I find downtime to be my worst enemy when there is a kitchen around. I eat out of boredom and I eat when I'm overly emotional.
The best thing I've found to stop myself from snaking when I'm not hungry is to grab a piece of sugar free gum. Usually Trident for me.
It keeps my mouth occupied.

Maybe it could work for you?

Gum usually just makes me hungrier! XD So far, I've just been finding stuff to do that's more engaging, like cleaning. Or go outside for a walk. But if that stuff stops working, I'll give the gum a try! :D

I cannot wait to move out of my house because I will be able to buy that stuff for the meal planners ahead of time. Living at home it's SO hard to arrange my meals. ;_; I did manage to buy some healthy fruit and stuff yesterday with my mom. I got 4 different apples to try so I can figure out which I like best. And I got some Skim Milk. 2% wont cut it. There's loads of calories in that. D; But good job keeping to your meal plan! I think I wander the kitchen when I'm bored too. ;O

Yeah, 2% is basically not too much better than whole milk. XD We usually use fat free, but we drank it all and had some 2% left over. Next time I go out I'll pick up more milk. :3

Yea, it isn't very good. I don't generally like milk so I usually drink Soy Milk but that has quite a few calories in it too. So I'll just drink the needed amount of skim milk a day and go from there. xD That's exactly what I think. Having caught yourself doing it once You'll realize when you're doing it again and say "No!" to yourself. xD
