Day Two!

I'm still with it! XD

Day 2: Tuesday

Wooooow. ;-; Today I took a picture of myself to see how fat I am. Haha. I have to say that my perceived self-image was way better than the real thing. XD I don't think that's a problem most girls can say they have... I used photoshop to make a cut-out and filled it in with black so that I could see just the shape. Click here to see my fatness. XD (note: it looks a lot bulgier/lumpier than I really am, it's just the bad cropping job I did, I swear XD) I want to take a new picture each week, so maybe every Tuesday? :3 It'll be neat to see how much I can change!

I've found that when I'm idle, I wander to the kitchen. I've stuck to my meal plan so far, but many times today I've wanted to pork out on cookies or crackers or Jell-O or whatever else we have! D:

It's also weird learning to limit myself. It's been a huge help using the Meal Planner @ sparkpeople.com, because they make a meal plan for you, and you can easily swap out things. Like, if it suggests I have a pear, and I don't have any pears, I can switch it out with a small apple or orange, etc. But when it tells me I can have .5 oz of wheat crackers, it's weird for me to eat only seven instead of chowing down on the entire box. XD But it's not too bad. I don't feel like I'm going to die of hunger yet, so I think this'll work out well. :3 I would be totally lost if I tried to make my own meal plan..



Breakfast:
An apple :D
Some shredded wheat cereal + milk
A slice of bread with some jelly :D

A snack!
Some whole wheat crackers with a little jelly spread on them :3

Lunch:
2 celery sticks
A piece of (fried) chicken XD
Some more crackers
A slice of toast
A serving of orange Jell-O! :D

Another snack!
A cup of apple juice

Dinner:
I had a salad with carrots first :D

Then a little while later, I had:
Chicken
Rice (1 cup)
Light Yogurt (Strawberry)

I'm gonna have half a chocolate bar later as a reward for being good today! :D

Calories: 1350 (1200 - 1550)
Carbs: 218 (135 - 252)
Fat: 27 (27 - 60)
Protein: 78 (60 - 136)

sparkpeople says my fat today was actually only 17, but I know that a few things I had (like the milk and the chocolate bar) had a little more fat than their estimation. So I probably got at least the minimum.

I ate my half a chocolate bar in front of the computer and it was gone before I knew it! ;-; Oh well. That's why you're not supposed to eat in front of the computer. I'll do better tomorrow!
