I got a paypal account a few weeks ago and I still don't know how to use it and I can't find any good site to explain it to me.
Really, how should I buy something with it? Should I send the money to the paypal account and then e-mail it to the seller? Or can I send him money right from my credit card account?

Urg...It's such a pain!
