Chris just called me and I was very upset as to what he told me. Chris and myself haven't been the world's strongest people when dealing with other people, but I found this rediculous. His car's previous owners' boyfriend (in other words this person at no point owned this car) showed up at his house and demanded he take Chris' CD player because he claimed it was his. So without Chris' permission he opened the car door because it was unlocked and ripped Chris' CD player out and exchanged the CD player for another one. Why on earth was Chris not calling the police? This person was his sister's boyfriend and Chris' family felt the boyfriend deserved his CD player back, so if he fought it, it would just cause yelling and complications and he wouldn't have known how to stick up for himself. I was absolutely in shock over the phone that he would let something like that occur, and kinda kept pounding into him how crazy that was that he allowed that to happen. I got a little defensive that Chris was saying well you couldn't stand up to Brendan as a reaction to me saying how crazy he was for not standing up to what was going on to his car. And true these situations are extremely similar except one involves a car and one involves a person. We both were taken and accepted it. *sigh* rant over now...
