(no subject)
*sigh* tired and aggrivated to the very bone this morning. Definetely a day meant for staying home under the covers and denying that it was Monday, let alone that it was necessary to be a productive member of the working class.
It started out rough by "talking" to an obstinate teenager about whether it was lack of parental care OR his stubborness that made him sick for yet another school day. That was fairly quick to be sqelched only to arrive at work and greeted with a quirk in my work program that arbitrarily decides what orders will be X'd out and which ones wont even when they are being run with the same code. I have fought with this same stupid order for the last TWO edits. I dealt with it last month only to have it reoccur BUT this time it wasnt caught for FIVE days and was therefore a medication error. This could have been avoided if someone who will remain nameless had done his job correctly and viewed the next months order sheets again what I had typed out to notice that it didnt jive!!! GROWL!!!!!!
Anyway, corrected that error which took me 1/2 hr to deal with, re-write and re-enter...then a note to the "hahahha Help desk" in WHOVILLE. telling them that their wonderous system has this little random bug that is tossing stuff in where it doesnt belong...then a call to my boss who thankfully is understanding. Lets see what happens from here.
I just came home and same said teenager is asking me about marks and nastiness in his mouth which hasnt shut for 4 days now.. I told him to gargle with warm water and salt...does he..NO he argues the point, gets mad when I tell him hes aggrivating the situation, probably now DOES have something nasty and he gets mad and storms to his room because I said I wouldnt argue with him about it. Its a no win situation that Im too tired to fight.
But, for now Im home, eating yummy leftovers and enjoying silence. How long? Who knows LOL.
Tomorrow starts a new day of adventure and chaos LOL!!!
