yeah so i have discovered i am a rice queen. yes that is the term for us white folk who like Asains. yeah so we'll see how far i go with this one. yikes. is 3 months really enuf time to get over someone. i don't think i was actually in love with shawn. i am sure it was a form of love, but not in love. but i hanvent spoken to shawn in a month tomorrow. that is a long time when you spend 6 months never leaving his side. so strange, a new life. but i guess its like mourning someone. seems kind of a harsh way to put it. but i guess its all realitive. just how i see it. yeah. anywhoo...
i went to the Telvent christmas party with Christine last night. it was nice, it was at Spuce Meadows. Thats a horse rancing/jumping arena you can usually catch some shows of this place on CBC. so yeah. it was so fancy smacy one of the courses was a side of lettuce with 3 madarine oranges. but suprisnly it tasted like a mayo sandwich...kind of delightful to be honest.Then prime rib, im eating like a king. 2nd week in a row eating prime rib! and guys if you have never eaten Alberta Beef, you need to when u, or if you ever have the chance. Christine said she will have no beef at the wedding next year because a third of the guest will be from Alberta..and yeah. i told her we should have lobster or cod, just to make teh whole Newf stories come true. BUt after all were all one country. Alberta is sooooo Amerciaized. i never been, but it can not be much different. and money here is nutz. were so short on people for job i seen a posting for a A&W hiring full timers for 10 dollars an hour. WTF! i know, it's nuts, money is crazey here. so nuts. we are all getting 400 dollars in the mail soon just for being Albertan (please dont tell them i think majority of them are fucking redneck losers, but hey, for 400 dollars i will yell yehaa anytime!) LOL
