Meme: another thing to be happy about
This is day 6, isn't it? Anyhow, I'm happy today because I finished the first draft of "Labor of Love." It clocked in at a little over 13 pages and around 9000 words. That's longer than I expected it to run. I've done the second edit on the first four chapters, tightening the characterization, adding in things I thought of later, and removing unnecessary stuff. It doesn't seem as awful on second look as it did when I was writing it. Hopefully I'll be able to throw it to the beta readers before too long.
Also, late in the work day I got a big load of documents to translate, and I plowed through those buggers. Got all but one done by the end of the day. I is fast worker, RAWR.
