Artist block...

I've suddenly become unable to illustrate. I know what I want my images to look like, but I can't bring myself to draw them. My prof said to play to our strengths and illustrate in the style we are most comfortable with -- and that includes digital. Since I'm most comfortable with Illustrator, it'd be a cinch to do it that way ... The thing is, I don't really enjoy digitally illustrating anything with fur -- like a cat, which is the main subject of the piece.

I think I'm going to call Syd and tell her that we can study on Sunday. We're both in pretty good shape anyway. I think I'll go pick up a burger, come back home and continue staring at my sketches.
