Mah cake update.
Well folks, I must say it turned out great. It was dense and unlike anything I have ever tasted before. It didn't have that boxed cake sweetness or fluffiness but it was definately moist. The rum icing was good too even though I was out of heavy whipping cream and had to use sweetened condensed milk instead. I will definately make this cake again and can't wait to get the whipping cream so I can make the icing and see how it is really supposed to taste.
